Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Pottstown, PA to develop and implement the store's merchandising strategy. You will train and coach a team to deliver AEO Visual standards daily, ensure floorset execution, and maintain replenishment and guest readiness.

As the Store Team Leader's go-to, you will lead by example, drive sales, mentor talent, uphold safety and AP standards, and deliver a best-in-class guest experience across the sales floor and fitting

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• Coach the team to deliver a guest experience aligned with AEO Brand Standards and ensure floorset execution and replenishment.
• Recruit, train and develop team members to maintain staffing levels meeting business needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing feedback, conduct development plans and performance reviews, and drive associate engagement.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and adherence to policies and procedures, including daily operational standards.
