Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Pottstown, PA is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader who will be the Store Team Leader's go-to person for developing and executing our merchandising strategy. You will train and coach the team to deliver brand visual standards, optimize floorset execution, replenish stock, and keep the guest area ready.

This role combines leadership, merchandising, and operational excellence to drive sales, guest loyalty, and a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is required.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of employment law and staffing practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty and maximize guest and staff productivity.
• Coach team to uphold AEO Brand Standards and visual standards.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and floor management.
• Recruit, train and develop team members to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing feedback, performance reviews and development plans.
• Ensure store safety, asset protection and adherence to policies.
• Maintain guest-ready fitting rooms and overall store presentation.
