Job summary

As the Store Team Leader's go-to, you will ensure floorset execution and replenishment keep the store guest-ready.

You’ll lead by example, train staff, and use daily trends to guide key KPIs while maintaining a strong focus on sales growth and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a store environment.
• Ability to train and develop staff to meet brand standards.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising and guest experience.
