Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters seeks a full-time Associate Merchandising Team Leader to partner with the Store Team Leader in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy. You coach your team, ensure floorset execution, and maintain AEO visual standards to keep the store guest-ready every day.

You will drive sales, train talent, and lead with AEO values, fostering teamwork and accountability across the sales floor and fitting rooms while upholding safety and policies.

Responsibilities

• As a Leader on Duty, drive sales by maximizing productivity on the floor and loyalty.
• Coach team to deliver guest experiences aligned with brand standards.
• Ensure floorsets, replenishment, and visual standards are top quality daily.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent to meet business needs.
• Provide real-time feedback, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Store Team Leader on short- and long-term business plans.
