Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in our Montgomery County, PA store to drive sales and guest experience. You’ll be the go-to in developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, coaching a team to deliver brand standards, and ensuring floorsets and replenishment meet guest expectations.

You’ll lead by example, train and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and partner with Store Leader to execute merchandising and staffing plans that maximize guest

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a store environment.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop staff to meet brand standards.
• Strong focus on guest experience and driving sales through merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach team to deliver AEO Brand Standards and floorset execution.
