• Drive sales as Leader on Duty, maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Coach team to uphold AEO Brand Standards and floorset execution.
• Lead staffing, training and performance reviews to meet business needs.
• Ensure store replenishment and visual standards across all zones.
