Job summary

You will oversee stock, planograms, and store presentation to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Ideal candidates will have experience coaching a team, strong merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a high-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and coaching a team in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of merchandising and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory controls: Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross Channel Returns, Reserve online pick up in store.
• Unloading trucks, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
• Execute weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage customers with solutions.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment and handle basic cashier tasks.
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as Manager on Duty.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
