You will facilitate planograms, prioritize tasks, and maintain a welcoming store environment while handling front-end duties when needed. This role emphasizes collaborative leadership and hands-on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to adapt work schedule to store needs.
• Understands retail merchandising and stock flow.
• Proven experience coaching or supervising a team.
• Able to engage customers and identify their needs.
• Capable of multitasking with limited supervision.
• Comfortable handling physical tasks and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate inventory controls such as returns, cross-channel and reservations.
• Oversee product activities: unloading, sorting, stocking, stock level maintenance.
• Execute weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Deliver strong customer service and resolve shopper inquiries.
• Use selling skills to present solutions and drive sales.
