Responsibilities

• Process inventory controls like Zero Balance, RTV, Returns to Warehouse, Cross Channel Returns, Reserve online pickup.
• Execute product activities: unloading, sorting, stocking, maintaining stock levels.
• Perform weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Apply basic selling skills to engage customers and present solutions.
• Maintain a neat, inviting store environment.
• Handle front-end tasks: cashiering, returns, online reservations.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
