Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and store operations at the Troy, MI location. You will manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution to keep the store customer-ready.

You will provide MOD coverage, lead a team, and coordinate staffing, with emphasis on in-stock levels, visual standards, and efficient stock movement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
