You will lead workload planning, planogram execution, and ensure a customer-ready store environment with strong leadership and accountability.

You will manage truck flow, in-stock levels, and visual standards while coaching team members and partnering with store leadership to align staffing with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Strong communication and team motivation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and promotional execution storewide.
• Oversee truck processing, replenishment, and planogram adherence.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate inventory control and stock movement to meet sales goals.
