Job summary

Staples is looking for Merchandising & Inventory Supervisors to demonstrate a passion for Sales Floor Merchandising, signage standards, inventory management, back-room operations and customer service. You will be collaborative in a fun, team-oriented retail culture and help your store win.

In this role you will unload trucks, stock shelves, execute planograms, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the Manager on Duty and coaching team members.

Qualifications

• Must understand merchandising and retail operations.
• Experience managing and coaching a team.
• Ability to engage customers and understand their needs.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced store.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory controls and returns across multiple channels.
• Unload trucks, stock, and maintain stock levels.
• Execute weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Engage customers with selling skills and present solutions.
• Maintain a neat, inviting store environment.
• Handle cashier, returns, and online reservations when needed.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Be flexible to perform other duties.
