Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking Merchandising & Inventory Supervisors to drive sales floor merchandising, signage standards, and inventory accuracy. You will coach a team, manage back-room operations, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include executing planograms, maintaining stock levels, cashier duties, and acting as Manager on Duty as needed. Join a collaborative store team with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accurate inventory controls including Zero Balance and returns.
• Unload, sort, stock products and maintain stock levels.
• Execute weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Engage customers and present solutions using basic selling skills.
• Maintain inviting store environment; keep area neat and clean.
• Handle front-end tasks: cashier, returns, and online reservations.
• Provide store leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals.
