Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail environment.

• Ability to implement planograms and maintain stock levels.
• Effective multitasking under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory controls: zero balance, returns, and cross-channel processes.
• Unload trucks, sort, stock, and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Execute weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage customers with product solutions.
• Manage front-end duties including cashiering and returns as needed.
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as Manager on Duty and assist as required.
