Job summary

Staples is hiring for Merchandising & Inventory Supervisors to lead store teams in sales floor merchandising, signage standards, and back-room operations. You will coach staff, execute planograms, and ensure inventory accuracy while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Clear understanding of merchandising and retail operations.
• Experience managing and coaching a team.
• Ability to engage customers and understand their needs.
• Ability to multitask with limited supervision.
• Physical ability to lift and move items as required.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and efficient inventory controls: Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross Channel Returns, Reserve online pick up in store.
• Execute all product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
• Execute Weekly Planograms and seasonal promo merchandising changeover.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Engage customers with basic selling skills and present solutions.
• Maintain a neat, clean store environment and support cashier/returns duties.
