The Michaels Companies is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our Baltimore-area store to drive merchandising execution, pricing accuracy, and in-store standards. You will partner with store leadership to plan workloads, manage stock flow, and ensure a customer-ready environment.

You will lead truck processing, planogram implementation, inventory routines, and visual standards, while coaching the team, maintaining SOP compliance, and upholding safety and shrink-control measures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience in store merchandising and operations.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Lead truck processing and in-store merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain inventory control, replenishment accuracy, and in-stock readiness.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Execute Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN handling with proper documentation.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
