Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and manage SOP adherence and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution to ensure merchandising sets are accurate and on schedule.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and initial product placement per company expectations.
• Support a clean, organized store environment including backroom and sales floor.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices and reduce shrink.
