The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager in Lexington Park, MD to drive merchandising and store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planograms, and visual standards.

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store through strong workload planning and inventory management. Lead and train the team, provide MOD coverage, and oversee stock flow, pricing, and in-store promotion execution.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

Aufgaben

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable.
• Provide MOD coverage; maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels through SISO routines and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets, pricing changes, and ship-from-store processes.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving; support shrink reduction.
