Qualifikationen

• Requires authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain it.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Proficient with computer applications used in operating the department.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
• Possession of Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain within 180 days of placement.
• High standard of integrity and reliability.

• Store Leadership: Leads and empowers teams to deliver a great shopping experience while maintaining open communication and professional relationships.
• Fiscal Leadership: Manages in-stock conditions, inventory, shrink, pricing, receiving and expenses including labor and supply management.
• Department Leadership: Delegates authority, coaches department managers, ensures policies and procedures are executed.
• Associate Leadership: Supports hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of associates and ensures policy compliance.
• Safety and Compliance: Adheres to regulatory requirements for food safety, labeling, recalls, and safety training across the department.
