Job summary

Fresco y Mas seeks an Evening Manager to oversee daily grocery operations (Dairy & Frozen, Dry Grocery, General Merchandise) and to promote customer confidence with friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will supervise, train and develop staff, manage scheduling and labor costs, and ensure safety, compliance and merchandising standards are met. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; High School diploma required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High School or GED required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 3–6 years of supervisory experience in retail or grocery operations.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in Dairy & Frozen, Dry Grocery, and General Merchandise.
• Promote customer confidence with friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Train, coach and develop associates; manage scheduling and labor costs.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper merchandising per plan.
• Monitor inventory, freshness, and product availability at shelf.
