Fresco y Mas is seeking a Store Merchandise Manager in Miami to lead a dynamic center store department, including dry grocery, general merchandise, alcohol, dairy and frozen foods. The role emphasizes inventory control, pricing accuracy, planogram integrity and customer service excellence.

You will balance hands-on leadership with administrative duties, drive sales, manage expenses, and ensure compliance with federal, state and company policies while fostering a diverse, inclusive work

Formación

• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain same.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Proficient with computer applications used in effectively operating the department.
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Must have food safety certification or ability to obtain within 180 days.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and empowers teams to deliver a great shopping experience aligned with company goals and policies.
• Manages in-stock conditions, inventory, pricing, and labor and supply planning to maximize sales and profits.
• Delegates authority, trains department managers, and ensures KPI performance and product knowledge across the team.
• Oversees recruiting, hiring, onboarding and development of associates to maintain qualified staffing.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards and company policies.
