The Fresh Market is seeking a Center Store Specialist to lead operations across Dairy, Frozen, Bulk, Coffee, Candy, and Beer & Wine categories. You’ll ensure product freshness, accurate pricing, and merchandising compliance while supporting inventory integrity and guest engagement.

Responsibilities include executing planograms, coordinating with leadership on ordering, receiving, and promotions, and assisting with front-end duties during peak times.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Mansioni

• Ensure Center Store categories meet freshness, correct dating, and temperature requirements (dairy/frozen).
• Execute planograms and maintain product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with leadership on ordering and replenishment for dairy, frozen, bulk, coffee, candy, beer, and wine.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness; manage receiving/storage procedures.
• Support promotions and item transitions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist front-end operations as cashier or other roles during peak times.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach on the sales floor.
