Ulta Beauty seeks a Merchandis e Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and oversee guest experiences. You will guide a team of Task Associates and ensure SOP compliance while delivering top-line results.

The role demands a passion for operational excellence, payroll budgeting, and a proven retail leadership track. Requires a full-time schedule including weekends/holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Leadership experience: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent and adapting to change.
• Strong customer service orientation with merchandising knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Use forecasts and budgets to support scheduling and productivity while meeting sales targets.
• Review financial and operational reports and react promptly to trends.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty attendance policy.
