Mattress Firm is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations for stores in Indianapolis and Marion. You will drive sales, manage staff, ensure in-store merchandising, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will coach teams, conduct onboarding, schedule workforce, analyze reports to optimize staffing, and partner with marketing to boost brand awareness. You must be able to stand for long hours and handle inventory and cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store vision and achieve sales goals through in-store merchandising.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance.
• Conduct onboarding and 30-60-90 day check-ins.
• Plan staffing schedules and reconcile punches.
• Ensure policies and state regulations are followed.
• Maintain customer-focused environment and brand standards.
• Analyze reports to adjust staffing levels.
• Provide product knowledge to associates and customers.
• Manage stock and inventory, including transfers.
• Adhere to cash handling and invoicing procedures.
• Lift, push or pull 50+ pounds.
