Job summary

Mattress Firm seeks a store manager to lead vision, initiatives and sales across multiple stores. You will coach teams, drive KPI results, and ensure an engaging in-store experience. Manage staffing, inventory, and merchandising while upholding brand standards.

You will work to optimize omni-channel execution, staffing levels, and customer satisfaction, while aligning with company policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Leads store units to achieve sales performance goals.
• Coaches team members to develop skills and performance.
• Plans strategically and analyzes staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and team building meetings to understand motivations and aspirations.
• Manage store staffing schedules and reconcile punches with Operations support.
• Ensure company policies and state regulations are followed; professionally represent the brand.
• Maintain product merchandising, marketing and POP standards; assist with cash handling and invoicing processes.
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and merchandise flow; monitor competition and adapt strategies.
• Lift, push or pull 50+ pounds.
