• New Hire Onboarding and Team Building: Conduct one-on-one meetings to understand team motivations and aspirations, develop a comprehensive team bio book.
• Workforce Management: Conduct staffing schedules and punch reconciliation; ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Talent Development: Provide product knowledge to associates and customers; identify skill gaps and address through coaching.
• Business Operations and Acumen: Achieve store financial targets, ensure merchandising and POP standards, manage stock and cash handling.
