Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store’s vision, initiatives, and achieve sales goals while coaching associates and driving an engaging in-store experience. This leadership role emphasizes customer focus, merchandising excellence, and omni-channel execution.

You will conduct onboarding, 30–60–90 day check-ins, manage workforce planning, ensure policy compliance, and oversee stock, cash handling, and store operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership of store teams across multiple units with KPI focus.
• Plan staffing, schedule and analyze reports to determine staffing levels.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experience and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual store financial targets through effective execution and customer service at the store level.
• Ensure store execution of product merchandising, marketing and POP standards.
• Partner with marketing to plan and monitor the store’s social media strategy to positively impact brand awareness and sales.
• Ensure timely opening and closing procedures.
• Manage stock inventory levels and stock flow for the store.
• Follow cash handling policies and deposit processes.
