Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience or 2+ years store management with P&L responsibility in small or big box environments.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage store team; set performance expectations and provide coaching.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory control, pricing, stocking, and rotation of merchandise.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
• Manage store budgets, expenses, and revenue to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
