Goodwill Northern New England in Rockland, ME is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail team and drive community impact. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff while maintaining store standards and customer service.

The role focuses on inventory control, merchandising, and budget awareness, with opportunities for growth and a commitment to sustainability and helping people in the community.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience at Goodwill or 2+ years of store manager experience with P&L responsibility in a small box environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including inventory management and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and inventory tracking software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Customer Service: ensure excellent service and store cleanliness.
• Inventory Management: oversee pricing, stocking, and rotation of merchandise.
