Yesway in Seminole, TX is seeking a Store Supervisor to support daily operations and lead a team in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will train employees, schedule shifts, resolve guest concerns, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining merchandising standards and guest hospitality.

Ideal candidates have at least a year of supervisory experience in retail or food service, with a commitment to loss prevention, accurate cash handling, and delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and stocking of merchandise.
• Oversee guest transactions to ensure hospitality.
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures and stock audits.
