You will also assist with audits, stocking, merchandising, and monitoring profitability, aiming to deliver excellent guest hospitality and efficient operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising others in retail or fast food preferred.
• Certification testing upon employment must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts and ensure coverage.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Oversee hospitality for guests during transactions and monitor store profitability.
