The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training blends virtual and hands-on learning, supported by your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience
• Willingness to accept promotion to Store Manager roles
• Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market
• Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
