This role emphasizes managing people, processes, and performance to ensure a top-tier customer experience across all daily activities and special projects.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
