ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to develop leadership and run daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee stocking, merchandising, customer service, and store standards while learning from district leaders.

This full-time program offers hands-on training, travel within the division, and competitive wages with substantial earning potential in Year 1, including salary and bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates and provides recommendations to district manager.
• Manages personnel including advancement and termination decisions.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and maintains store standards.
