Job summary

ALDI is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to lead daily store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee stocking, merchandising, customer service, and store standards while working with associates in a fast-paced environment.

Starting wage is $31.75 per hour, with Year 1 earnings between $90,500 and $106,000 inclusive of salary and bonuses where applicable. Travel within divisional requirements and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail management experience a plus.
• Experience in retail and management helps drive store KPI goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPI goals.
• Plan and execute action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager guidance.
• Recruitment and selection for store positions; develop staff for advancement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and safety standards.
