ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee who will lead from the front in a fast-paced environment, learning to manage operations, develop teams and drive results alongside associates. The program combines leadership duties with daily store operations for growth and advancement.

The role is full-time with 45 hours per week. Starting wage is $29.50 per hour, with estimated first-year earnings of $83,000–$105,000 including salary and bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.
• Willingness to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPIs.
• Communicate responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Plan and execute action plans to improve operating results.
• Resolve employee and customer concerns with district oversight as needed.
