You will participate in stocking, merchandising, customer service, and maintaining store standards while building leadership capabilities through hands-on experience and company training.

The role emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and achievement of KPIs, with opportunities for growth and advancement across ALDI stores.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops store personnel to ensure results.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Interviews candidates and recommends hires.
• Manages personnel and performance, including promotions and terminations as appropriate.
• Plans schedules and trains staff to maximize professional potential.
• Ensures store standards, policies, and safety requirements are followed.
