Job summary

ALDI is launching a Store Manager Trainee program designed to prepare you to run your own store through hands-on leadership and daily operations involvement. • At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve results.
• Develops and implements action plans using company resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination decisions as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
