ALDI, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to run a store with hands-on leadership experience. You will manage operations, develop teams, and drive results while working beside associates in a fast-paced environment.

The role combines leadership responsibilities with active daily store operations, including stocking, merchandising, customer service, and maintaining store standards. The program offers industry-leading training and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans using company provided resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees and resolves employee and customer concerns, aligning with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including recommending advancement and termination as appropriate.
