ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to run daily operations, lead teams, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. You’ll train across store functions, including merchandising, customer service, scheduling, and safety compliance, with guidance from district leadership.

The role emphasizes leadership from the front, ownership of store performance, and participation in ongoing ALDI training and development opportunities.

Formación

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates responsibilities and expectations to direct reports and leads store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates and makes recommendations for advancement or termination.
• Manages personnel and confirms compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensures store standards and customer service guidelines are followed.
