ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead daily store operations, develop teams, and drive results. You will manage stocking, merchandising, customer service, and store standards while learning from senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

The starting wage is $29.50 per hour with an earning potential of $86,500–$106,000 in the first year, including salary and bonus where applicable. This full-time program requires leadership, ownership, and a commitment to store-wide success.

• Trains and develops store personnel to maximize potential; provides coaching as appropriate.
• Prepares and revises weekly schedules to ensure accuracy.
• Ensures inventory and cash handling procedures to minimize losses.
• Plans and conducts store team meetings and training sessions.
