Qualifications

• 18 years or older required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results.
• Develops action plans using company-provided resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager guidance as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination decisions as appropriate.
• Communicates and collaborates with all levels of ALDI personnel, customers and partners.
• Plans weekly schedules and ensures adherence to expense guidelines and inventory procedures.
