The role involves stocking, merchandising, scheduling, and ensuring store standards. Starting wage is $31.75 per hour with potential earnings up to $97,500–$113,000 in year 1, including salary and bonus where applicable, and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to meet performance targets.
• Communicate responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager guidance.
• Interview candidates and recommend for advancement to district management.
• Manage schedules, compliance, and execution of store policies to maintain standards.
