Starting wage is $31.75 per hour with potential year-one earnings of $87,000–$102,000 including bonus where applicable. This path offers industry-leading training and opportunities to advance within ALDI's store network.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop store personnel; communicate responsibilities to direct reports to ensure results.
• Develop action plans using company resources to improve operating results.
• Resolve employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interview candidates for store positions and recommends promotions to the district manager.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and safety regulations and coordinate with district leadership.
• Plan and conduct store team, management and training meetings.
