Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine knowledge strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, evaluate, discipline, and retain efficient team members.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, uncover needs, recommend solutions, add value.
• Schedule and organize daily activities for store operations.
• Lead team to ensure a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Learn budgeting, forecasting, and payroll analysis.
• Train on daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork including invoices, schedules, orders and returns.
