• Recruit, hire, develop and retain store team members.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service per GURA.
• Create a welcoming, diverse store environment.
• Schedule and organize daily team activities.
• Manage inventory, merchandising and pricing.
• Support budgeting, sales forecasting and audits.
• Coordinate special events and community involvement
