Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Manager Trainee in West Virginia to learn the duties of the Store Manager and develop the skills needed to lead a team. You will focus on delivering a Legendary Customer Experience, building the team, driving sales, and managing inventory and expenses.

You will train across store operations, implement merchandising standards, and support a safe, engaging work environment while growing toward store leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred; must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Education: High school diploma; Bachelor’s in Agricultural-Science or business field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, evaluating, disciplining, and retaining efficient team members.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA framework.
• Manage store operations, inventory, scheduling, and team performance.
