Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma, Bachelor's degree in Agricultural-Science or Business preferred; any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Process information through system and POS Register system.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, evaluating, disciplining, and retaining team members.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Add value, Appreciate.
• Schedule, organize, and plan daily activities for team members.
• Lead team members to ensure a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Manage inventory and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and store profitability.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
