Starting wage is $29.50 per hour with potential earnings up to $107,000 in year 1 including salary and bonus where applicable; travel to multiple locations is required within divisional needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or management experience encouraged.
• Ability to supervise and develop store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve targets.
• Implements action plans using company resources to improve results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates and makes recommendations to the district manager.
