You will handle daily bookwork, inventory, ordering, and merchandising, while maintaining store safety, cash controls, and guest service excellence. Growth opportunities are available as you develop supervisory skills.

• Ability to use a computer for daily records.

Aufgaben

• Learn store operation by training with the store manager/co-manager.
• Understand controllable expenses, sales, margins and promotions.
• Model professionalism, attitude and teamwork for staff and customers.
• Act as store manager when the manager is absent.
• Record employee, inventory and sales data on a computer.
• Order, inventory, pricing, stocking, merchandising, and displays.
• Maintain store upkeep, deposits, and basic repairs.
• Hire, train, orient, and discipline employees as needed.
• Protect store assets, cash, fuel, inventories and labor hours.
• Maintain valid driver's license and driving record.
